The Clinica Santa Croce represents for the Locarno area also an important company that employs more than 130 collaborators, of which just under 60% are doctors and nursing staff. The medical staff is composed of 9 full-time units that guarantee the patient a personalised care and a continuous monitoring during the entire period of hospitalisation and a contact with family members and attending physicians also in the post-hospitalisation period.
The nursing staff – nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, sociotherapists, physiotherapists and masseurs – consists of approximately 80 employees (98% of whom are full-time) who guarantee an effective 24-hour care service. The remaining staff is dedicated to hotel, administrative and maintenance services.
